Low back pain

We do exercises at home or gym every day or a few days a week. Usually, we want to build up our arm and leg muscles. As you know, when we move the arms or legs or hands, etc core muscles should be holing the center of your body tight and letting the center of your body be flexible depending on how you want to move your extremities. However, if you do not stabilize your core in advance or properly, your spine gets deviated to one side causing spasm or pushing the disc in between vertebrae to one side. If you keep on doing this as you age, at the end of the day you feel pain in the lower back or tingling or burning in your legs. That is why you need to know and practice how to build up your core muscles.
